Does anyone know where I can get this?

I'm primarily looking for this to use in combination with the MAGPUL BAD lever (or the Troy Ambi-Bolt release http://troyind.com/%20/troy-weapon-upgrades/troy-ambidextrous-bolt-release-coming-soon-3).
