Got these in the door last night and didn't have a chance to post them until just now: Troy Industries Micro BattleSights! These are the ones that everybody copied for quite some time, a great way to make any flat top rifle look better and shoot exceptionally well thanks to the quality construction. These are the US Department of Defense approved folding backup iron sights with the round hood HK-style front sight; these are machined from steel and aluminum and lock in the vertical position for a stable aiming platform in extreme conditions. The Micro model has the lowest bore/sight offset on the market today for shooters looking for a rugged, low-profile option for their XCR, AR15, JR Carbine, etc.

Looks like these were made for rifles with rails higher than standard...example HK MR series (hk 416)

that's what i figured. too bad, i really like the look of those sights.

EDIT:

Will these clear a Surefire X300 that's mounted at the 12 o'clock position? If so, I want to pick up a pair.
