The jet black version looks fantastic. Very nice. Too bad the kit cost's more then my rifle..

Although that would seem to be a function of the (ridiculously) low cost of your rifle, rather than the high cost of the stock. If you would like, I will sell you one of my Norinco M-305s for $1800 so that you can feel good about buying the expensive stock to put it in.

are they still non restricted in that modification?? Whats the length?

The barrel length is independant of the mod kit, but cut to that length it would be resticted (~16"), you can have it cut down to 18.5" and still be non-restricted.

Any updates on the final version??

I saw these stocks advertised on US sites for $500-$600 range...with the high Canadian dollar, why would the price landed in Canada be over $1000.00 CDN?

The dollar puts it at $700. PST/GST adding what, $100 to the cost making it $800. I don't know if there is duty on something like that but wouldn't be surprised. Then the person selling it has to either pay for shipping or make a trip to the US plus make a bit of profit for themselves.

Pretty sweet looking stock. The only thing I don't like is that big gap by the receiver.

I agree with you, overall it looks good, however that gap is very obvious. I suppose you could modify it somehow, but at $1,000 you should not have to.

Considering what went into the design which is very nice, they seem to have overlooked that gap or it does not concern them.

holy cow....that looks absolutely fantastic, even better than the sage stock, which i thought was great. are the iron sites removable and included or part of the stock?

He's on another forum I go to and this is his latest.

Thank you for the invite Canadian Sig :D

This new NAVY SEAL CQB stock from SAGE is sweet. Now that I have my Norinco action installed it's even better.

The TROY MCS pictured at the start op this thread is a protoype that I have returned to Steve Troy.
The action pictured in the TROY MCS is now in the new SAGE stock.
The MCS is awesome and I have two production models inbound after SHOT '07.

Good looking forum you have here and I do recognize a few names
