13.2" wouldn't clear your Noveske.
I've got a MRF-MX on my AR w/ a 10.5" barrel, and it JUST fits with the Noveske on the short barrel.
Personally, I'd go Larue or DD. Daniel Defence is available in Canada through Wolverine Supplies, so I'd buy one from them if I had to do it all over again. The new Lite rails are pretty sweet, or so I'm told.

Why would you want to change from a perfectly good setup anyway. I love the Troy/Samson MRFS systems, more than strong enough and very well made.

In fact, if I measure from the front of the upper receiver 12" falls about 1/2 up the length of the KX3.
