Troy VTAC Alpha Handguard?

Anyone have experience with one, or know if the slats are M-lok compatible? I really like the look of it but there doesn't seem to be a lot of info floating around.

They're not MLOK compatible, but there are lots of guys building things for them. Anything built for the Alpha will fit the VTAC version as well.

Arisaka Defense builds handstops, light mounts, sling mounts, and otherwise.

They're very lightweight, and use a standard barrel nut to mount, which is quite nice.

I have the newer MLOK version of this handguard, seen below, and I absolutely love it:

Rampart is a Troy distributor/retailer. They can get you whatever you want.

Thanks man. Rampart was going to be my next stop. They don't show the 15 inch Tory M-Lok on their website, but they do show the shorter versions. They also show the Troy VTAC in 15 inch (which is why this thread was born) Mind you I also like the look of the Troy Alpha with circle cut outs. Decisions, decisions.

Is that handguard what currently lives on your Larue?
 
Yes, it is - let me see if I have a photo of the rifle to share... if not, I'll take one tomorrow and post it.

I've got the 15" version, they're great. I'm thinking about listing it in the EE if you're looking for that length
