It came today!
I'm stoked now I need scope mounts!
whoooooo, i highly recoment the EGW rail, great product for the price and the added 20MOA is nice!
Mine was a TRR-SR which I thought were all threaded
The -SR variants (Suppressor Ready) are all threaded. The TR and older TRR models were not threaded.
Was looking for that gun before and i finally end with a fv model.
Put the same scope as you with burris zee ring.
You didt have any problem with the cci stinger !!??
Have tried 3 different lot and have fte each time , have to remove the case with a screwdiver , stinger = no go in my gun .
My better group at 100 have been made with cdn tire win target , made a half an inch 5 shot group with those !!!
But the TR is a looootttt ###ier than mine !!!

The TRR-SR comes with the big tri-rail mount. I installed a picatinny base from EGW instead.
If you are looking for a TRR-SR in .17HMR, Ellwood Epps had 4 of them listed on their website.
I know of a couple of regular TR's but no TRR-SR.
On my .17HMR the rail interfered with the objective bell of my scope and I didn't want to go with higher rings and on my .22LR I wanted to try a 20MOA rail. I have installed EGW rails on all of my Savage rimfires now.
I have not been to the range yet but was a little dissapointed with the finish on mine. Stock has a mark/gouge that is unpainted, rail has casting flash or machining things that need to filed off, bottom of bolt handle finish rubbed off or not applied, rails were missing Savage had to ship them out separate, the matte colour of the fluted barrel is very inconsistent in colour, and it has a sand-blasted texture everywhere. It's all OK, just not what I expected. I never saw one in person so maybe they are all like this...
