TRS-25...defective?

Grabbed a TRS25 for my pc9. While looking at it before install, I see the front glass is slightly angled. Is this normal?

That’s normal — don’t worry about it.
The angle is required to reflect the reticle image back to the eye. You’ll also see it on Holosuns and Aimpoints (obvious on Holosuns, subtle on Aimpoints). Some RDS designs put a second flat outer lens in front of the angled lens, but Bushnell doesn’t (adds weight and degrades the image slightly).
