Tru-glo sights... Thoughts?

Anyone have any thoughts or experience on the Tru-glo or other similar add-on sights for shotguns?

I have pondered the thought of getting something like this for the upcoming turkey season. Just wonder if I'm headed down the right path or not? My current turkey barrel has the vent-rib with two beads on it.

I have a set on a 23" turkey barrel for my 870, they are really nice and I feel like I could be pretty accurate with slugs too! I dont know how hard they are to install aftermarket because my barrel came with them on allready.
 
I've got the snap on magnetic one on my goose gun. I'll never go back to a plain bead. They aren't very expensive and if you try it and don't like it you can sell it on the EE.
 
GO TRU GLO best sights you will use on a shotgun, especially for your turkey barrel.
