Couldn't agree more. Had a packing error once, and even though it was a sale item they STILL paid for the return shipping both ways and replaced the item within day of sending it off. Always very impressed with Thier customer support, just stellar really.
 
I just went through my first purchase with these guys as well. Shipped to me really fast and 100% correct. Only problem is they now e-mail me sales they are having, which may cause credit card problems!! They also answered some questions I had through e-mail about one of those sales in less than an hour. Really good customer service.
 
TNA has been top notch to me. They rock!

However, I did unsub from their mailing list today because it's borderline spam lol .. got 4 emails from the 10-13th of August (1 per day) for uppers and ar completion kits .. just a little much for me for such similar items
 
Been buying alot of stuff for my AR build from them, they are great. They seem to have all the odd stuff nobody else has.

I'm running out of room for all the TNA coasters they keep gifting me when I order parts/tools.
They're good peeps. Will absolutely be buying more from them in the future.
 
They're definitely one of my favourite retailers. Great customer service from 'em. If an issue ever arises I know I can count on 'em to make it right.
