Trust the media and RCMP to automatically assume this was the work of hunters... http://globalnews.ca/news/1676355/bullets-fired-into-parkland-county-home/
"Assumptions" are no place for media nor police.
I wonder who they pissed off?
The home owner obviously.
But, on a not so such lighter note they did charge and convict these clowns... may or may not have been covered back in July of this year .http://http://globalnews.ca/news/1442064/hundreds-of-poaching-charges-laid-after-alberta-animals-left-to-rot/

"Grande Prairie RCMP said they’d received several complaints in the past few days about people hunting on their land without permission. "
Would rather they use the term "poacher" to describe the illegal hunters, rather than just "hunters".
Actually if the issue is trespass wouldn't it be better to call them trespassers?
In Alberta hunting without permission carries a higher penalty than simple trespass.
Police do not believe it was a targeted act,

They pissed off some hunters, obviously. At least the RCMP think so.I'm thinking the home owners pissed off someone. Four shots into someone's house seems personal.
So four shots were fired, and all struck the house, sounds like it may have been intentional, rather than accidental.
So four shots were fired, all striking the house, and they don't suspect that it was intentional? Sure some hunters fired four shot at animals, missed every shot, but hit the house with every shot.![]()

Houses are known to charge when wounded...Geez I cant stand the media.
