Does anyone have troubles using these cameras? I set mine up last night to catch some little buggers red handed and out of the 150 pics, only a dozen actually show anything. The rest are completely blacked out. I'll post a good pic and a blank one. It also did this thru deer season, only at night I think, could I have burnt out LEDs? Any opinions? Thanks in advance

Either the flash isn't working or the light sensor which triggers the flash is malfunctioning or not adjusted properly. Not familiar with these cams but look online for an update maybe?

I have three 35,s. Basically same mechanics. This doesn't sound right. Like mentioned above, something wrong with your sensor or flash. I suggest you return it for exchange.

p.s. Is this one of the old ones or one of the newer smaller "Ultra" 46 Cameras?

I have a truth cam 46 and it takes terrible night pictures, but i dont get the black images. But i found this on primos website from an employee

"I'm sorry to hear you are not getting satisfactory operation out of the cameras at night. As per a previous suggestion, lower the LED count on the settings to 25 LEDs. Except for extreme far range shots, you should get good lighting (actually better if subjects are very close) and the batteries should last nearly twice as long (if not longer)." I have not tried it as of yet

There is only a 1 year exchange warranty so if still in warranty go submit a ticket on their website. If older they wont repair it and you have to contact customer service to get a "reduced rate" for a refurb.

Hope this helps
