Whos got those duck bill muzzle device's? Are they legal in Canada? Would love to see how a pattern of OO buck would be.

Paradigm SRP makes one and calls it the Gator, as mentioned already. I'm not sure if anyone in Canada stocks them or something similar. You might be able to order directly from the US, but I'm not sure on the legalities of importing muzzle devices/chokes.

Thanks for the heads up gents. I remember seeing a documentary on nam and they talked about that muzzle device and how for close range it was devastating to groups of enemies.

IIRC the ones used in Vietnam came in 2 versions; one that would produce a 2:1 pattern width to height ratio, and the much more common 4:1 ratio model.

The issue with these is that they don't allow the use of slugs and don't work well with larger shot. The 4:1 version also quickly limited the range at which you could expect to hit a human sized target with the majority of the pellets.
