Trying to find #1 Buckshot!!?!?!

I had the same issue. I found bass pro had #4,0,00,000 buck. wss, cabelas even small shops, nowhere has #1. My solution? I asked the kids to tell Santa I wanted a shotgun press when they see him at the mall.

I have some large shot, but am not sure what size it is. I can measure it to see. What size should it be for # 1 or 0?
OK, I weighed it, and 1 pellet weighs about 4.9grains. So, from what I found, it looks like #2 shot

I've found long-gone Russell's in Calgary was the A#1 best sporting goods store for in between buckshot sizes and BB lead shot loads in a variety of gauges and shell sizes. I find that now WSS or Cabelas are sadly lacking in these 'varmint loads' save the uber expensive Dead Coyote loads in 12 gauge 3" Magnum only.

Going to have to do what I did last year. Picked out what I needed from the ballastic products web site and ordered it in from their canadian distributor will B ???. in canada. Expensive hell ya but now I have it.

reloading is the only way to get odd ball buck right now im loading t(aaa for you older canucks) sized shot for coyote out of a 12ga 2 3/4" it has better patterns and will put more shot into a yote sized target then #4 buck would i think the last company to make this size was IVI or C.I.L in they're canuck/imperal shell
