Trying to get a picture uploading ?

Hi guys , I am new to this site and I am on the equipment exchange forms and i am trying to upload a couple pics to my add but I have no clue how to do it , if someone can give me a step by step instructions I would so appreciate it :) .

or if you want it less complicated ...

B: buy a team membership,then you can upload it from your computer ( just like attaching pics to an email )...starts at $25 for a year.
