Trying to get info on this antique blunderbuss

Hi guys , I believe it to be an approx. 1820-1850 british made gun with a Golcher lock. it has the early BPC Birmingham proof mark. the inletting work is very nice along with the engraving on the steel furniture. the wood also has some pretty nice figure. trying to come up with a realistic value. any knowledgeable blunderbuss guys here? any info appreciated. thank you.

having no experience with brass barrels, I wonder how the bores have stood up as compared to steel/iron barrels of the same vintage? Less likely, or more, to have corrosion? What one reads is that the brass barrel guns were better suited for service at sea than iron.
I can't recall seeing blunderbuss percussion guns for sale at Canadian auctions to have a sense of value. Have seen a couple of nice flints and they were quite dear.
Nice piece. Will you shoot it if it all checks out?
