Trying to identify a 20 mm cartridge case

For both of your inquiries, it looks like the cases are the Cartridge, 20mm, Blank load for Neutrex Mk II. This is an EOD disruptor used to destroy bombs and IED's.

The cartridge came in four different charge weights 70, 75, 80 and 85 grains. It also has an electrical primer.

The case is in the third extrusion stage of manufacture for the .50cal cartridge case, so before it was necked.

There is also the possibility that it is a Cartridge, EOD Special (Avon). This cartridge was developed as a low cost replacement for the disruptor EOD known as the Horseshoe.

I can't find which identifier was used on the base of either kind of cartridge - both of mine are stamped C67 - and can't find anything on the C68 mark either.

They were likely made by Proparms Ltd. in Quebec.

As a note there is a red line around the inside of the case approx 3/4 of an inch down from the rim and another line about 1 3/4 inches down .37patt identifies it as a EOD disrupter pretty sure thats what it is. Thanks for the replies. G
