Trying to identify avt-40 or svt-40 bayonet

Here's a bayo I just got recently and I married it up with my 1942 Tula:

Awesome!!! I like how you have it mounted to your wall. Does your wife give you grief about that lol or do you have a Man Cave that displays the rest of your treasures? God, I'd crap my pants if I saw Ivan running at me with that!!!...

Let me disappoint you a little. "A" on your trigger group doesn't mean what you're thinking. I have that A on 2 Podolsk trigger groups an on 3 Tulas. I also have another reasons why I know I'm right, but I don't want to elaborate.
P.S. And I don't know the meaning of that "A". Yet :)
Could you please post some pics of the A's you have on your rifles. Thanks.

HAD a man cave... Just recently dismantled my den in the basement here and moved my oldest girls from their room upstairs to down there (they love having more space, they say, but I think they really love having my fifty inch TV down there!) I then moved my son from his tiny room into the girls old bigger bedroom and our youngest daughter now gets my son's old room. Why all the bedroom shuffling at the Dalek home??? The wife is pregnant with number five! So that SVT is now hanging in my bedroom and no, the wife doesn't mind at all. Our bedroom also has a Mosin Nagant with its bayo hanging above the closet

Mosin Nagant is old Soviet sign of Fertility! ;)

Wow... You are a very busy man indeed!!!

Hmm, I didn't think anybody would be interested in those proof or acceptance markings, there are tons of them on SVTs, but here you go. Sorry for the lousy cell phone camera quality.

Always appreciate the pics. The old school proof marks can actually be kinda nice on some examples and certainly will tell the history of a particular rifle.
