Hello,

I placed an order on dec 12 (9 days ago). It wasn't ship yet, and the delay is a bit too long for me. I've already open a ticket and sent an email but without response (this is the reason I'm contacting you on a public forum instead). I fully understand it might be a busy time, I would just like to cancel my order ? (I need it in a rush & you have skip the cut off time for Christmas shipping)

It's unfortunate since i had other very positive experience with your store in the past..

Hey,

It probably got shipped out. We just got two new minions wrapping and they might not have gotten the tracking number entered. I’ll find out.
