Something to consider for your challenge.

The law on destroying says
Destroying

106 (1) Every person commits an offence who

(a) after destroying any prohibited firearm, restricted firearm, prohibited weapon, restricted weapon, prohibited device or prohibited ammunition, or

(b) on becoming aware of the destruction of any prohibited firearm, restricted firearm, prohibited weapon, restricted weapon, prohibited device or prohibited ammunition that was in the person’s possession before its destruction,

does not with reasonable despatch report the destruction to a peace officer, firearms officer or chief firearms officer.

Marginal note:punishment

(2) Every person who commits an offence under subsection (1)

(a) is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years; or

(b) is guilty of an offence punishable on summary conviction.

So someone is within their rights to chop up an ar-15 and send a letter to the CFP indicating the destruction occurred. No proof is required in law. At this point they could charge you with perhaps “failing to present a firearm.” This is a violation of section 11 of the charter -presumption of innocence- if you are considering launching a charter challenge. They have to PROVE you have it. You don’t have to prove anything under the charter.

If successful, the worst bits of the firearms act would be neutered.

He really is a bully. Boy does he hate us. The Libs can stick their 'social reengineering' where the sun doesn't shine...

We are just finalizing the affidavits and the filing package. We also are coordinating with the other actions so that we do not file on the same day.... we want to keep the news cycle turned our collective direction.

For what it's worth, GoFundMe doesn't take a portion of any of the donations. Whatever you donate goes straight to the cause. only your "tip" amount, if you decide to leave one, goes to GoFundMe.
