I recently get M-213 in 9mm and today just got TT-33 in 7.62x25.
Seller at the store told me it is pretty easy to swap barrels to make TT-33 a 9mm gun,to me it still looks complicated with M213 insert because of the magazine size and trigger part of the gun. What is interchangable, what's not and so and so...
Does anyone have a knowing of what exactly to do and what can be done?

Also obtained Norinco Commander and would like to get that double safety, S/S possible, extended slide release, oversize mag release and of course full lenght guide rod, spring and r.s.plug.
Does anyone have experience in doing some kind of work on Norc's comm's and maybe some suggestions without sending it to Armco Gunnar.
Also what parts fit best or some links where to get them...

Thanks in an advance

The M-213 has a metal spacer in the magazine well, that is cause the 9mm magazines it comes with are not the same size as the 7.62x25 magazines. Just remove the grips and then there is a pin near the bottom of the frame that holds it in. Just tap that pin out and slide the metal spacer out. Then swap barrels from the TT33 to the m213.

Or buy the magazines from lever arms that have the spacers built in and then they should fit into the TT33.

I've got a 9mm 201-C that I use with a 7.62 X 25mm barrel and clips. But mine has spacer's in the rear of the clips, not in the magazine well.
But if the previous fellow has the answer to the Magazine well spacer trick, I'd try it myself. Good Luck

I got a 9mm barrel from a M213 to install into my M54 7.62x25 but found that the 9mm barrel was about .025" oversize so would not fit into the barrel bushing. I had the 9mm barrel turned down on a lathe and all fit well, and I got the M54 sized 9mm magazines (with the spacer in) for $15 each from Lever Arms. I'm very pleased that I now have interchangable barrels & mags.
