TT-33 markings

I've got a 1941 Tokarev TT-33, and while I know what most of the stampings mean, there is one that is stumping me.

It's a small circle, with (I believe) SSe inside. Next to the circle is stamped "DE 11 UA". Not sure if the two are related.

Any ideas?

if I remember correctly I was told that the DE 11 UA stamp has something to do with the pistol being exported via Germany ....their export stamp I believe....I hope someone else chimes in and can give a definite answer.....I would be interested in the true meaning

Those are the crappy UN stamps exporters have to put on firearms now.

Yes, I have one too. There are pics of the same markings on SVT's with these markings on a different thread.

The pics on my TT33 are a lot less noticable than the markings on the SVT's though.
