Tt-33 won’t eject shells have to force the slide back what did I do??

have to use excessive force to get the spent casing out I have taken it apart numerous times cleaned and reassembled to no avail what am I missing or what did I screw up. I have to hammer the slide back. It seam to function fine till I take a shot then casing is stuck again. Any ideas

Case binding in the chamber? Has it gotten very dirty/rusted? What do fired cases look like? Have you tried different ammo or shot the same stuff previously with no issue?

Show us which ammo you are using - lacquer, brass wash, copper wash, brass? Did you clean the chamber _thoroughly_? Did you try other ammunition (not surplus)? Show us the brass - looking for marks on the brass.

Yes, as pointed out above your brass is binding in the chamber, the question is why and where.

The last time (the only time) I had this problem, the chamber and barrel were so shot out that the fired casing was belled at the mouth.
A new barrel fixed it.
