Nah I'm good. I've had really bad service with you before and I'm just considering this as a loss because I don't want to ever deal with your business anymore.

I just got my black 2.0 today. I thought it was supposed to come with the upgraded charging handle, spring and follower, light mount. Mine did not. Front sight is crooked on mine, which is annoying because I don’t have a wrench small enough to adjust it at home but that’s minor.

It's a 7/32 wrench for that front sight nut
 
Thanks, I’ll get one from my work toolbox. I put 200 rounds of various ammo through it today. It didn’t like weak target loads at first, but after shooting some slugs and buckshot through it, it cycled the target loads just fine. The picatini rail came loose after about 50 rounds. Loctite on the screws solved that. So far very happy with it.

This issues seem to come up several times in the last few weeks. Both here and related Beretta 1301 ans benelli M4 posts.
The front sight is not out of spec, the front sight blades need to be adjusted.
Also people need to real the listing on the order they make.
It spells out each part that comes wirh the package.
The package changes bast on what parts we have avaliable at the time.

Well you need to change your advertising then. It says pretty clearly on your advertising page that the light mount comes with the 2.0. Most would assume everything on this page comes with it.
As far as the front sight, I don’t have a wrench to adjust it yet, but the blades are straight, the post in between them is crooked.

Clearly stated under the light mount section:
“We saw decided to include our Benelli M4 “Bomb Proof” light mount in the Turknelli 2.0 build beucase, well, its the best”
Sounds like it should be included to me. This is a 2.0 is it not?

Mine came this morning, also missing parts…no charging handle at all included, no breaching choke, trigger safe, or 4 Shot D.S.C black strip. It’s completely unusable in this state. Check your QC..

Good evening.
You are correct you are looking at the landing page fr9n 18months ago.
Those parts are not included.
Again on you order. That you placed it lists the items that come with you order.
Wi have our website guy delete that.
We are not including that light mount as it does,not work well with this generation of This gun.

We will expedite the missing items to you tomorrow morning.
This is not the best way to get ahold of us.

We are in the middle of moving shops
