tula ammo versus norinco type 97

Has anyone tried tula ammo in his type 97, 55 or 62 grains ?

Good or bad ???

I would like to order a case, but would like some feed back on the ammo before i buy.

Should i use 55 or 62 grains ?

Seems like no one is using tula ammo in their t 97, so what do you guys using ???

Since i read mixed reviews on the norinco stuff, i was trying to use something else.

Please help.

I use the norinco surplus .223 on mine. Works perfect. Haven't had a single issue. Seems most problems arise from GI mags. My PMAGs gen 2 work flawlessly with this rifle.

Ive used 55gr mfs steel case which is simmilar still goes bang like the norinco did. Cant say much for accuracy

I will order half a case and see...

I have c product 30/5 mags on the way, kind of make me nervous.From what i understand, they will probably induce malfunctions.

I've shot a fair bit of Tula through my AR's. Never had an issue.

The coating on the cartridge looks fragile, i did not have a chance to shoot them yet, i will let you know when i do.
