If I remember right they were banned from future imports into Canada since Russia invaded Crimea. In the Ukraine there has been a NATO embargo on Russian imports. NATO includes Canada. https://www.international.gc.ca/wor...anctions/consolidated-consolide.aspx?lang=eng (Just search Tula)

So I’m guessing this will be some older stock they got their hands on somewhere!

I miss those days of ordering cases direct from them also! I still have a few hundred rounds actually!
