Hey all, just in the purshasing stage of buying a new 12guage and I am having a few problems chosing a gun. I am now down to a Brownings NWTF Camo 3" which I like the fit (I am 6'1 and it just seems like the stock is a hair longer) I also like the camo patern and the feel of the gun. At a price of $725it is a bit more than the 870 Express Turkey/Deer combo at $520 and I get the extra riffled slug barrel also! This gun feels a hair on the small side for me wearing street clothes but I could also put on thicker pad right? I am also looking at a used 11-87 turkey combo but that price is more. If I were to go with the Browning the deer barrel is just over $400! The browing also has nice fiberoptic sites for that early morning turkey hunt.

Lets hear your views/oppinions on these guns.

Thanks in Advance...Ryan

Had a brand new 11-87 that kept jaming and magazine tube was bent so gun shot to the right. Now I own a BPS and 870, both are great guns, don't jam. don't break O rings and work all the time. Buy what fits you and you can afford.

alot more accesories for the 870s thats for sure.

i have the 870 express super mag combo. i love the gun. with the rifled barrel i can shoot 3" groups at 125 yards with rem copper solids. plenty good enough for deer id say ;)

if you get the 870 combo u can buy a scope and still be under 725 for the other gun you like.
