turkey hunting course in ottawa?

morning, fellow hunters!

Im looking to get in on some gobbler action this year and need to take my course (stupid cash grab) and would like to know where i can partake?

The next one is April 6 in Kemptville and the one after that is April 20 in Arnprior. No courses in Ottawa, too expensive to rent a large room for a course.

You could order the DVD the test is a joke as you said cash grab.

Once you get the DVD from the OFAH, contact an instructor from the list below to write the test. It is a 25 question multiple choice test that is very easy and takes 5 minutes to write.

You have to book time with an examiner. More info here. It is the same price ($35) whether you do to the course or order the DVD.

I did the course via dvd and the test via Skype - great way to do it on your schedule and someone else's.

You can also do it online,sign up and have the course complete by the end of the day. That's what I did.
