I got my turkey license last year and put forth a good effort to bring one home, with no luck. I hope to change that statistic this spring. Last year I was heading out to a friend's place a solid hour + drive from Ottawa. This year I wouldn't mind finding some property closer to the city. If anyone has or knows of some private land near the city that they would allow me to use (or rent out) for the spring season I'd appreciate it. I'm an experienced, responsible hunter. Bow or shotgun, your choice.
