Thanks!! That's what I plan on doing with the bigger one but not on the BBQ just bacon wrapped in the oven and the smaller one is going in the smoker next weekend! This is the first year it's been over pretty quick for me so it's kind of bittersweet, congrats to you as well

Sure is... my hunt was over in 15 min from the time I sat down in my spot to the time I tagged my bird. I kinda sat there thinking... "What... that's it???? That Tom came to quick for me!!!"
I'm disappointed with my self that I didn't turn on my GoPro properly so I didn't get to film my hunt from the start. Than I had the GP angled to far ahead and didn't video me cleaning the bird. Oh well... I still have one more tag to go.

Haha same here my second one was about the same, got seated at 5:40 and shot at 5:55 so it was very quick and I was thinking the same thing that's it's all over so fast but enjoyed the days I got out, I sold my hero 3 in the winter and my hero 3+ didn't arrive yet so I had nothing to record on this year cause I wasn't expecting it to be over in a few days but I will have it for the fall hunt so the memories will have to stay in my head instead of an SD card haha
Spent two days in Collinwood area. Zero luck. Saw one hen and heard one tom early in the morning. After 8 am there were no replies at all

April 28 hunt - My buddy on the right got his around 6:20. We tagged it and went for breakfast then I hit another spot while my friend napped in the truck since his hunt was over. I took mine around 9:30. Both times in and out of the woods in 30 minutes or less.
My bird (left): 8" beard, 20 lbs, 5/8" spurs
Friend's bird: 8" beard, 18 lbs, 1 1/8" spurs
