Well, some folks have determined that turkeys are already mating.

I heard a lot of gobbling yesterday up at the farm ...

My buddy (who's very knowledgeable about birding) has concerns that if the mating continues, it may be very, very tough hunting when the season arrives.

Tell your buddy he has the wrong out look on this when it comes to turkeys

Birds EVERYWHERE!!!!!

I have seen all the areas that I have seen Turkeys at the last 5 years near Ingersoll here and they have all scattered to their respected areas. MAN OH MAN there is sum HUGE Toms this year and yes they have started mating here and even watched sum Jakes gettin their turns the other day!! Cant wait i look forward to April 25th more and more each year!!! But this year I've got 5 of them fantastic looking Zinks Avian X LCD Decoys this year believe me Pics will follow in about precisely 27 days 8.5 hours and oh say 35 minutes!!!!
