Several years ago, due to my wife short stature, I bought her a Cincinnati 18.5 inch single shot from corwin arms. She shot it sevral times over a 1-2 years period and really liked it, she then got pregnant in 2017 she use it a bit in 2018-2019. It then sat until this weekend, she fired one 12g 2 3/4 federal low brass feild load and I just noticed that the stock crack in 3 places. One on one side and two on the other, all 3 start where tge stock mates to the receiver and run parallel to that about 2 to 3 inch. So with that the stock is garbage now, do you guys think any newer Turkish import would share the sane stock and any dealer who carry them even if to run tgere own warranty? Would we be lucky enough that aftermarket or synthetic would exist?

Thank you very much

If they are just cracks, a good gunsmith like Chris Dawe in Nfld can likely pin and glue it back together and it will be stronger than it ever was.

Like the others have said, it's fixable as is.

In terms of the turkish shotguns in general, they usually tend to interchange stocks pretty well. I've never tried with the singles, but most turkish shotguns seem to have 1 stock pattern they all use as long as it's a similar type.

I know for the sinsinati singles there were a few types, exposed hammer, under trigger guard lever, hammerless, etc, but if you see another brand that looks similar and is the same action type i think your chances are pretty good of having the stock interchange. And if not worst case scenario you've got a cheap replacement/backup to use while your original is getting fixed.

I would have said to shoot Martin a message at corwin arms to see if he has any spares he could provide, but he's recently closed down, but i hear that Things Military has bought out all of his stock. It might be worth a shot to send them a message and see if they have anything that will fit

Thank for the input guys, at this point I am considering just junking it, I am not sure. I might try things military before do. I am just not sure how much money I am willing to sink in it. If this would be a $2000 gun it would be different. But being a $175 gun I don't really want to put $200+ in it.

My recommendation would be to find a Turkish stock adapter plate then you can go with r870, m500 or other types of stocks
