I see all these Turkish shotguns these days and would like owners opinions on whichever one they have. price vs fit and finish and any issues yours may have had. Thanks

I have the Derya MK12 and it's a very nice gun out of the box the accessories that come with it are kinda of cheap but I like the nice semi hard case it ships in.

I got the OD green and at $999 I'm pleased with it fir and finish on my shotgun is excellent.

Armed Semi shotgun , looks great feels great fails to fire 1 out of 10rds avg with light strikes sometimes more sometimes less. I have only shot in for trap or test firing. I am rather disappointed in the gun overall.

I own the DA Backpacker 2 and the sinsinati single shot. I prefer the sinsinati for chokes and the action to open the gun is in a nicer place. Both very well made guns. Far superior to chinese guns but at comparable pricing. Impressive Turkish Walnut stocks too. Looks as good as American made. Functions well

Uzkon TR100. About 150 down the pipe so far. Slugs, waxers, buckshot, all sizes of shot, steel and lead. No problems yet.

I've got two from Corwin Arms. An Asena zr7 semi and a Sinsinati single shot. A haven't used either a whole lot yet, but they've been great thus far.

I purchased a canuck(derya) o/u 12ga for my nephew's Birthday about 1 year ago .he has had absolutely no issues . Nice wood nice bluing . I'd have to ask him but I know it has hundreds of rounds through it. ..
It's no browning but it seems to be well worth the money.

Not all guns from Turkey are made to the same specs or price point. Some are good and some are utter crap !

Funny how so many people are quick to have negative comments about Turkish guns, yet so many people praise the SXP. Its a head scratcher

IMO most people who frown upon Turkish shotguns either don't know multiple major brands build their guns in turkey, or haven't actually used a Turkish made shotgun and they get their info from negative reviews online.

Yup! Like Stoeger semi’s and pumps. Most people dont associate them with Turkey because they are owned by Beretta. Would be interesting to know what other manufacturer uses parts made in Turkey. Rumour has it Beretta/Benelli/Franchi have had parts made in Turkey and sent to Italy for final assembly

IMO Making parts to a specification and drawing done by others is one thing. Final assembly in italy is a good thing
Designing your own 100% turkey produced gun is another. I am not fan of stoegers or sxp either :)
I have a sa-08 and an akkar pump both in 28ga. They are rough around the edges would be a good way to describe them but for what I paid they go bang
Cheers

Dont get me wrong...I dont intend to say that Turkish guns are on par with Italian guns. All im saying is that Turkish guns have come a long way in recent times and have their place in todays market. In my view, if an economic Turkish gun is someones entry into the shooting or hunting community, then that is a positive thing. Its just a shame that some bad apples have labelled everything coming out of Turkey as bad. I have only owned one Turkish gun and its wonderful. Especially for the teenager that gets to use it. The brand makes zero difference to him...he enjoys shooting it no more and no less then I would enjoy shooting a Holland and Holland. I guess Turkish guns are at the level Spanish guns once were. And a lot of that “Spanish Junk” is still in use in the field
