Turknelli M4 is HERE AT LAST!!!! TAC 12 BY Trigger wholesale!!!!

Our follower and spring is the one NOT installed.
We were quite supprised at the quality of the spring and follower.
Myself i would not bother swaping it out right right out of the gate.
Just keep it as spare for now

so your follower is the orange plastic one and the factory follower is the red anodized one? because the red anodized one is what is in my gun as it shipped from you, i assumed it was the upgraded one. my package for the spring was also open as i received it that's why i assumed you guys may have installed yours

Don't know if this has been asked before. But are they planning to release a version with a shorter barrel and mag tube since its restricted capacity here anyways? something around 14inch barrel?

Well. Now that there is some egg on my face for not knowing how a Benelli works.

... By the way, Simon was replying within minutes of my foolish emails.

Some comments about the shotgun: she’s beautiful. Nicely finished and looks well machined.

Does anyone have any tips for getting the charging handle out? I’ve tried the shoestring trick from a Benelli forum. I’ve even tried prying it with a screwdriver and with a rag between, so it won’t damage the finish.

This charging handle won’t budge.

*****Charging handle stuck SOLVED!******

For anyone having problems the trick really is to get it to turn then pull. I wrapped the handle in Gorilla Tape then clamped some vice grips on it. Turn and pull - came out pretty easy that way. The shoestring trick and the prying puts too much side load on it I think.

make sure that you give the retaining ball a good shot of oil. Mine was seized in there with a bit of surface rust. It’s good to go now after some oil working the mechanism.

For the charging handle
Rack the gun twice and then turn the charging handle once till it click then give it a pull.
Its kinda tiny so may need to try a few times

Match saver installed , stippled the forend checkering ,oversize charge handle and bolt release installed ..... im ready for an aromatherapy session or 6

well get some pics on up here!

do you figure those metal shavings were from your dummy rounds or from fired rounds whos gunk just worked its way down into your mag tube?

Sounds like there is a burr inside the magtube ?

Hmmm. Ya. Maybe. There was one dummy shell that got a bad burr on its lip / rim i had to file down. Could have been the original culprit. The plug is evenly worn / scratched evenly on both its lipped portions however.

Guess inspect those dummies more often for damage

Make sure thr magazine tube when you reinstall it is threaded all the way down in to the frame or the follower or as you have called it "the plug" will get cough up. On the threads. Same issue happens with the benelli
Also make sure you test and cut the new spring. Or it may have to much tension

It’s capacity is limited to five rounds. It will always be limited to five rounds.

Shorter then 18.5” would mean that it’s restricted - I’ve not heard plans for a shorter Turknelli

I see. I didn't know that the 18.5" applies for shotguns as well. Is it because its a self loading semi auto?
