Turknelli R4 anyone with high round count

^that isn't normal and is probably indicative of a defect in the back-half of the action (link bar/interface with bolt carrier, interface of link bar and recoil tube, recoil spring, etc)


I've got 1500 rounds thru my first R4 Turknelli, it's running beautifully.

I like it so much I bought a second one, and will probably buy more of them, as my projects develop.

The second gun is wearing the first field prototype of my new stock assembly, the next prototype assembly may as well go onto a third gun...


These R4 Turknellis will probably get a couple thousand more rounds thru this year
 
Thanks Apoc, I love the shotgun other wise, reaching out to the store to try get things figured out.

Barry at Revolution Armory was great to deal with, he replaced the shotgun and is looking into what the problem was.

So far.
Front site post got loose and fell off. Did not notice at 2000 rds.

Some from our 3rd shipment had under sized shell latch.
Out of the 590 we sold we hade too replace 11 of them.
Bot an issue as we are the warranty center.
Have bot seen the issue again since.
4 guns we have had to replace ther aluminum but stock body as they cracked where the retaining pin went in
Undersized hole. Looked like the steel pin was hammered in. Again not an issue as we had them in stock
With out a doubt still the best m4 clone we have sold
