turnaround time on email responses?

Hi there. sent in an email regarding some fiber optic sights on a CZ 75 this morning. I've had no response today, so just wondering what the normal turnaround time is? Just want to make sure they received it and all.

We try and respond within two days normally but we have alot of staff away on holidays and the phone and walk in traffic have been high as well, so the guys are trying their best to accommodate. I can't answer if we got your email as we have no way to correlate emails to user names in the forum. I'm sure you will get a response sometime tomorrow.
