Turned 18, now for PAL?

Well, i did my test in april 2007, it took a almost two years to get my paperwork. And i sent it in right when i got it to get my minors license, now i turned 18, couple weeks ago, what should i expect to receive in the mail for my PAL license? How long will it take?

"...what should I expect to receive..." Nothing. You'll have to apply for a PAL and pay the fee. It doesn't just come.

I've sent in my PAL license papers already, sorry i forgot to mention that. Should i recieve a phone call or notice by mail for info?
 
Which did you go for? AFAIK you will only receive a phone call from the RCMP for a restricted PAL. But I may be wrong...

You can check the CFC website for information inregards to when they received your application and then just wait. Wait patiently...it may seem like an eternity, but you'll still have to wait.
 
Where you are has a lot to do with it. Some Provinces are quicker than others. Has to do with the CPFO. Seems to me there's a useless waiting period for a PAL. I think it's 4 to 6 weeks before they even look at it. Wouldn't put any money on it though.
 
I just hope its not as long as my minors license papers... waiting almost two years because our instructor lost all our test results.
