How is the hunting and fishing around Turner Valley, AB? I'm possibly moving there for a couple years and am wondering what outdoor opportunities are available.

You will like the area. Plenty to hunt locally. In under an hours drive alot more. Access in a few areas may be hard to get (but don't panic). As for fishing the same goes. You have the Highwood, Bow, Elbow rivers to name a few. You will like us friendly Albertan gunnutz ! Welcome

Do your homework and knock on doors well in advance of the season. The hunting and fishing is world class if you can get to the right spots.
