Have you looked into the bayonet style bushings ? Hornady makes the "Lock and Load" bushings that set with a 1/8 twist and Lee makes a similar product (I've forgotten the name).
These mimic the turret's in that you only need to set up your dies once. After that, you drop dies in place with a 1/8 twist and commence cranking. Repeat the process to swap em out. Its almost like having a turret without the turret and these systems, at least the Hornady L&L, can be fitted to most popular brands of SS press for about 20 bucks !
Anyhow, these bushings are super fast to use, yes, comparable in speed to rotating a turret, and they offer an option (permanently set dies) once only available to the turret user.
I'm not dissing turrets but if I were considering the cost of say a Redding T-7 vs a Rock Chucker with L&L bushings, I'd need a compelling reason to pay for a T-7.
