Tutorial: How to Post Pictures

People still using computers and digital cameras? Just joking but the steps to get a photo on seem a bit much? Have 13mp cam on phone and most photos there also as it is a go to for a quick pic. Can I not just hit a browse somewhere and select my gallery and my image? I can resize and export etc all on phone yet I'm lost on this url business to put a photo on. I didnt read the multiple pages of this and see that most folks tests work but also some frustration from others. Can someone confirm if posting pics in a a thread is possible without having to register for ie photobucket. There has to be a faster way with less steps that is mobile compatible. I appreciate any input thank you.
 
I'm still trying to figure it out, even if I resize mine they don't work. I've tried dropbox and Google+ so far with no luck. I wish this forum had the option of uploading directly from my gallery.
If you purchase a membership on the CGN store for 25 bucks you'll be able to upload directly to your posts.
