imgur.com... make a account upload your photos and use there "Linked BBCode (message boards)" paste it to your post and boom your done.... theres also a spot at the bottom of the links to pick different sizes this is a large thumbnail

MUST create an account with IMGUR
onece you have your photo uploaded, click on top right corner your account
it will shows you a drop down
select image
it will show you your just uploaded image
click on it and it will shows you your photo and at right side the sharing links that you could copy and to add that link onto the reply "insert image" icon
