Tutorial: How to Post Pictures

Let's see if this works.
 
Ive tried everything and still cant get a picture to post, When I use URL function I get an error and when I chose upload from computer it tell me my pic is big I dont have enough room.

How do it get pics up, have always used imgur for ee ads with no problem.
