Twin city egg shoot

I think I'll attend to the egg shoot.

The sight-in starts between 10-11am, correct? Will there a practice target at 100 yards? I need to ensure that the scope is in zero at 100 yards.

I saw this posted last year, but it was too far of a hike from Ottawa. Now that I'm living in this neck of the woods, how does one register/ get info? Do you have to be a member or can they take walk ons?

Just to confirm...this soiree takes place on the 18th of July (Saturday), sight in at 1000 hr. Is this right? One more thing, is a lunch provided as in previous years?

That is an definitive affirmative :)
TCRC has always encouraged the use of spotter/coaches but I generally recommend using one that
will actually HELP you HIT eggs . Remember that "15 minutes left" is a TIME call and NOT a wind call!!!
Hope to see you there Terry.
Regards
Gord

Good times I think were had by all . :)
Some individuals experienced the Twin City dancing eggs . :)
We had a young lady giving shooting lessons to the older folks . She got all 5 eggs at 300 yards .

It was a good turnout . Best score was 19 . Meaning that he left one egg still .

It was my first time to enter the Egg Shoot. It was easy to shoot cloverleaf holes at the target however I did made a several misses because the eggs were dancing!

Another great day at the range with perfect weather and good winds to cut he heat.
Was great to see some new faces (including some junior shooters)as well as the usual suspects.
Thanks to Paul,Wayne and the volunteer target crew for another fun match
I've tried to get an "official" number of years this has been going on and the best I could establish was 26.(Not the 168th as previously stated :)
That's a lota eggs over the years.
Congrats to Mr Kerr in Custom Class shooting an impressive 19 pts out of 20. Ran clean til the last shot on the closest egg he said.
Also good shooting and nice win for the two fellows (Custom and Factory Class) in the 300 Yard small group.

"No Fear"...Thanks for the video ...first time I've been able to watch a filmed egg slaughter. If a pictures worth a 1000 words a video clip
tells the whole story!!

Young Perkins performed an impressive 5 eggs 5 shots at 300 yards under Granpa TP's guidance.I think she'll be back.

Remember ,besides Custom and Factory Classes ,if enough interest and participants preregister,Paul would consider adding a classification
and recognition for a new class.
Look forward to next years TCRC Annual Egg Shoot .Paul should post when date is established.

15 EGGS....15 SHOTS....15 MINUTES
