twist rate Rem. 700 in .204

Hi all,
Does anyone know the twist rate for the Remington 700 stainless varmint in .204 ruger ? I've searched and googled but have found no definitive answer. I plan on shooting mostly Barnes Varmint Grenade bullets, I think that they are under 30 grains.

They are a 1-12" twist. I have never tried the Varmint grenades but my sps varmint will shoot the 40 GR VLD's which are similar in size to the varmint grenades. Not as accurate as the 30 and 32 GR bullets I have tried but good enough for gopher out to 200 yds and beyond.

Thanks guys ! The varmint grenades are 26 grain I just found out, should work great on next years crop of soon to be exploding gophers.

My VSSFII 204 loves the BVG's. Loaded over 29gr Varget, BR4's for 4150fps shoots in the .4's. And yes they blows them to bits

I use 32 grains of BL-C2. two feet of flame and 4200 fps!!
