I have had two M1919's one TNW and now an auto ordnance C5 , and I believe the 30'06 links are good to go as far as unlimited capacity as they were manufactured during WW2. Its the post war israeli 7.62x51 links that were post was if i recall correctly.

125 are being made by TNW. I would guess Canada will get less than 50.

As long as the belts are cloth and or ww2 there's no limit. I've loaded 250rds for my 1919 and 50 in metal belts for my mg34. Sure get the looks at the range.

Just picturing walking into the range with one of those over your shoulder..lol..Just out of interest, how do you store them..Can the 1919 or M37 be stored upright..? and just thinking about range 'protocol' what do you do when a ceasefire is called ? At Mission we have to rack the rifles, but that would'nt easy with those beasts..?
