I went down to pick up the mail today and there was a P-07 Duty waiting there for me courtesy of a fellow CGNer. I had handled one in the store and liked how it fit me and the feel of the trigger and then I read a very favorable review in the 2012 Guns & Ammo annual and that kind of put me over the edge in wanting/needing one. I can't wait to get it out and put some rounds through it.

Would like to hear what you have to say about it when you get some rounds down range. I have a 75B, which I like very much, and have been looking at the P-07 recently too.

The SP-01 is very nice looking. Is the decocker easy to drop, with the strong hand's thumb? Also, why did you buy the decocker model, rather than the one with the manual safety?

The decocker is very easy to drop, especially since I went to the 13# hammer spring. I prefer the decocker over a safety, a preference thing I guess.

I took the P-07 out today, only had time for about 50 rounds but it ran flawlessly and is probably a lot more accurate than I am. Actually I know it is. My SP-01 ejects the brass at around 3 o'clock and the P-10 throws them back closer to 4-5 o'clock. Nice pistol and I'm looking forward to getting to know it better.

I don't have really big hands so it fits me well. Kinda like the Gen 4 Glocks fit me well but the previous ones didn't.

P-07 is not really a full size gun thats why the trigger is on the short side. No different from G19/23. I find it still handles like a full size gun.
