The order was placed right after the BCRA June shoot in Chiliwack and in a couple more days, I'll get to lay my hands on 1 of 10 brand new short action Nesika tactical actions. I'll have pictures to follow as soon as they land. I also ordered a slight change in my new 338LM action which should also land the same day. These two guns will be almost identical when completed.

If you don't post pics as soon as you get it, I will have a kick in the ass waiting for you when I see you at this years BCRA Sniper Match.............:evil: :p ;) :D

Without a doubt, there will be pics and lots of them. Apparently it's been a nightmare working with both governments getting them approved to come into Canada but so far everything looks like a go. Shortly to follow, it will rain McMillans too and then the work will begin. Most Recently, I've been thinking about doing a switch barrel. A short one for tactical shoots and then a long one, same caliber, for long range interception. Just a thought. If all goes well, there will be a least 5 of these 308s showing up at the BCRA shoot this year done up in various configurations and camo jobs.

Those are the 5 I'm positive of so far but two other are spoken for already which leaves 3 others without ownership but we're only into the 3rd day of Jan so the future looks bright.
 
I got to see my two new actions yesterday and they are gorgeous. There's a ton of work to be done before I'm able to start load developement and give some range reports but I'll try to get some pics on here later today. The short action will be nice for bolt cycling because it rides so smooth and it's such a short throw but the 338LM action just looks so large in comparison. The 338LM will get V-Bull bottom metal and a big AI mag to hang out the bottom which will be a nice. I believe the A5 stocks were ordered specifically for the V-Bull mag system so knowing McMillan, they'll be a drop in just like the action. Essembly time for these guns will be quick I'm sure due to the precision milling at the factory.
 
The top one is with HS bottom metal and the bottom one almost speaks for itself. That's the one I'm going with.

I am so gonna be in tomorrow troy. Hopefully i can pull it all together and there is an extra one laying around. There was the last time I was in, but stuff like that moves fast.
