Two shell mag for SAP6?

Really what I want to know is what would I have to do to an SAP6 mag to hunt duck with it?

Removed the base plate on the mag. Cut a wooden dowel to the proper length required to limit the mag to a 2 shot capacity. Drop dowel into the mag. Re-install base plate.

Thanks man. That's good because I can take the wood dowle out for deer and moose. So the sap6 has a removable base plate?

In all honesty though...I would not bother with it! That shotgun (and any other "tacticool" shotgun for that matter) is very ill suited for waterfowl hunting...unless you only plan on shooting sitting ducks...then it'll work just fine! That being said...it's a free country so you do as you please!

It does take chokes on the 14" barrel. Are you saying that because 14" is too short for decent accuracy?

No it has nothing to do with chokes but all to do with ergonomics. Those short shotguns are balanced like a piece of maple firewood and swing about as well as one too! They were designed for across the room distances on targets the size and speed of humans and not football sized targets moving at 30-110km/h and 1/4 to 1/2 a football field away.
