I shoot the 1450 fps 15 pellet 00 buckshot in my <7 lb O/U Cynergy, this slug should not be that much worse...

Why? Recoil shouldn't be that bad... 600 grains going 1890 FPS at the muzzle... I'm used to 660 or 750 grains being launched at about 2800 FPS

Camping season is coming and I would like something a little more stout for my camp gun and at this time that seems to be the most bad-@$$ shotgun round around

I've tried googling for images of the slugs, but I've not found anything terribly reliable or that is a really good picture. Would anyone be willing to slice a shell open and post a couple pictures of the slug?

I'm pretty sure I'm in for a couple boxes. I love interesting shotgun ammo

you never know when an atomic mutant ape might end up in the camp

I'm all about excess... but also beleive that if I am in a situation where I can only get one shot off... why not make it a bigger, faster, harder hitting slug than just a regular one?

Plus... for practice, I'm sure letting off a few of these would put a smile on my face... kind of like taking a few shots of my 500S&W between boxes of 9mm
