Tyler T grip adaptor question S&W 34

I just bought this S&W 34 kit gun (thanks slugger!). It has the target trigger, target hammer and I think the target grips.

I would like to put a Tyler T Grip #1 on it (shiny black).

Question, will the Tyler T grip fit onto these target grips?

I have T grips on my SW17 and SW12 but they have regular small grips.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
