It's like the subgun variant of the Type 97. Currently the Type 97 is in prugatory. The likelihood of us ever seeing those is very uncertain.

For now, I would say the future of the Type 05 is tied tightly to that of the Type 97.

Also, I'm sure it's fine enough having that here. It's a ChiCom black rifle!
